- March 8, 2010 - On March 8, 2010 Attorneys Lawton & Cates, S.C. and Attorneys Daley, DeBofsky and Bryant filed a notice of appeal from the dismissal of the complaint previously filed on behalf of CUNA Mutual retirees. The appeal will address claims asserted on behalf of all retirees. It will probably be some time before anything further will take place. However, we will be posting updates when there are developments.
