June 26, 2012 Informational Meeting Update
Attorneys Ginger Murray and James Olson of Lawton & Cates met with Class Members and Representatives to discuss the proposed settlement in the Class Action lawsuit against Kraft. Materials and information discussed at those meetings have been posted to this website.
June 26, 2012 Proposed Settlement Agreement
The proposed settlement agreement will be discussed at the informational meetings scheduled at the Grand Meridian, Appleton, Wisconsin on June 26, 2012. Attend either the meeting scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. or the meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. to learn the details associated with the proposed settlement.
June 26 2012 Informational Update for Kraft Foods
Two Class Settlement informational meetings have been scheduled at Grand Meridian, Appleton, Wisconsin. The first meeting will start at 2:30 p.m. The second meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. Both meetings will cover the same information. Please plan to attend one of the meetings to learn details regarding the proposed settlement agreement.
March 15, 2012 Update
On February 8, 2012, attorneys for the plaintiffs met with attorneys for defendant Kraft Foods Global, Inc. to discuss scheduling for discovery and other matters pertaining to this lawsuit. The discussion included scheduling for discovery and contemplating resolution of the lawsuit.

February 15, 2013 Update
Judge Adelman has approved the Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims today in the case of David Schucknecht et al. v. Kraft Foods Global, Inc., et al. The Order will be signed on March 1, 2013. Thank you to David Schuckncht and Brian Van Groll who appeared in court along with Attorney Ginger Murray and Legal Assistant Leanne Smith from Lawton & Cates, S.C.
