Members are selected to America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys by invitation only, and in the Personal Injury Lawyers category, the goal is to identify and invite litigators known for their work with personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice matters. To be eligible for consideration, an attorney must actively focus 50% of their legal practice on the aforementioned matters.
If candidates meet these initial qualifications, they are then screened and evaluated based on their:
- Professional experience
- Litigation experience
- Significant personal injury settlements and/or verdicts
- Reputation amongst their peers
- Community engagement and impact
In each state, only the top 100 qualifying lawyers will be honored and invited to become a member of America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys. Less than 0.5% of active attorneys in the United States are selected because of the high standards of the selection process.
